Traineeship Marketing

As a trainee in the marketing department you will support us in marketing our film projects to B2B contacts. To do this, you will create target groups, research potential cooperation partners and help with partner acquisition and support. On our social media platforms you can contribute creatively by planning, creating and publishing posts for our community and potential viewers. You will also design and implement versatile marketing campaigns for our DVD and VoD launches.

You offer:

  • A university degree or completed vocational training
  • Initial work experience in the media or marketing industry
  • Impeccable written and spoken German, good English skills are an advantage
  • Communication talent and you are not afraid to approach people
  • Organizational talent: you maintain an overview, even with several projects at the same time
  • Good knowledge of all common office programs, social media skills, basic knowledge of email marketing is an advantage
  • Great interest in German and international cinema

Traineeship Junior Manager Post Production

As a trainee in post-production, you will create our distribution media (hard drives and Blu-rays) and supply the cinemas with our films. You will also assist in the development of artwork and trailer production for our nationwide cinema releases.

You will enjoy working in a highly flexible team that is jointly responsible for our success.

You can expect to work in a dynamic team that is jointly responsible for the success of the film projects.

You offer:

  • A degree or vocational training. Initial work experience in the media industry would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Editing experience, sound knowledge of digital video technology
  • Impeccable written and spoken German and English skills
  • Organisational talent: you maintain an overview
  • Communication skills
  • And last but not least: Great interest in German and international cinema
