Sylvie Michel

Director and writer Sylvie Michel was born in the south of France, grew up in Paris and has lived in Berlin, New York and Los Angeles, where she has worked in various areas of film, including as a script supervisor for Wim Wenders, Mika Kaurismäki and Agnieszka Holland. She started her studies in English Linguistics from the Technical University of Berlin and studied Digital Effects at UCLA Extension in Los Angeles. She has lived permanently in Berlin since 2001.
