Gaundri S.R.L. (Italy)
The Rome-based production company Gaundri emerged in 1998 from Gaundri Film, Isabella Sandri's company founded in 1990. Gaundri was born out of the idea of producing bold and independent experimental projects. The films and documentaries produced (long feature films and creative documentaries as well as short and animated films) have already been successfully screened at the world's largest film festivals in Venice, Rotterdam, Berlin, Karlovy Vary, San Francisco, Sydney and Locarno, and are distributed by Rai cinema and Istituto Luce.
Gaundri has collaborated in the past with other renowned productions such as Sacher, Fandango and RAI and always has the following goal: to create a high quality end product, regardless of time and money, and to spread clear ethical and aesthetic ideals.
INDI FILM GmbH (Germany)
INDI FILM develops and produces high-quality documentaries and feature films for cinema and TV as well as cross-media formats. INDI FILM's projects are at once exciting and informative, accessible and very well researched, and sophisticated in terms of content and style. Winner of numerous awards (Grimme Prize, Golden Dove, Crystal Bear, German Television Award, etc.) and successful in cinema and TV exploitation, INDI FILM's films and cross-media formats move their audiences and stimulate social debate.
The roots of INDI FILM lie in the documentary film "Eislimonade für Hong Li" from 1999/2000, which was produced jointly by the managing directors Dietmar Ratsch and Arek Gielnik and premiered at the Berlinale in 2001. In July 2001 they founded INDI FILM GmbH in Ludwigsburg. To maintain and further expand the company's existing contacts, INDI FILM opened a branch office in Berlin in 2006. Since 2011, the company's headquarters have been in Stuttgart.
